  I absolutely try to stay away from dental offices, however on occasion I do need dental work or cleaning done like everyone else. I know all the dental offices in this area as I used to frequent them all, however in the last few years I only come here as I get the same hygienist and she knows to handle me very softly. This office is very cozy and warm and not intimidating. I have decent insurance and they take away all the hassle by billing my insurance directly. I like this place and will keep going here

  Very nice and friendly practice. Extremely efficient and painless. I don't like dentists and I absolutely hate the noises their tools make. However, this is the only dentist where I can calm down, watch tv and not worry about the work done in my mouth. Keep up the good work

  We are a family of four and we have been going to this place for over 20 years. This place has seen a few dentists over the years and I am glad to see that services have greatly improved. Our grand parents are also patients here. What I can say is that we have always been treated great by everyone from reception to dentist. One of the things that we really love is that we get treatment for the whole family in one place. We used to be referred to various specialists all the time in the past. Now we don't have to travel to Owen Sound or Guelph as they do everything right here in our town

  Absolutely terrible place. I have only heard bad things along with my own families experience. Personally I have never been afraid of the dentist until sitting in that chair. The dentist is very rude. They are very rough. I went for a simple cleaning and felt I needed freezing because of how rough they were being. Eventually when my gums started to bleed I was just told "Well if you flossed more they wouldn't bleed!" Went back for a filling and was left with a hole drilled into the middle of my tooth only part filled. A year later I have an absccessed tooth. My mother was sent out of their door after a cleaning missing a front tooth! She still is because they refuse to pay to fix it. We cannot afford "cosmetic surjery". No one should ever have to leave a dentist with a worse smile than when they walked in, especially with how much we pay. The older reception lady needs to find a different dentists office to work for and everyone else needs to go back to school, return to Durham, fix everyones teeth for free, and then quit.

  This place is absolutely awesome. Everyone is friendly and they make you feel like family. I had a root canal done and was so worried. By far one of the best dental places in the area
